Anne Phung Nguyen

Anne Phung Nguyen, a Vietnamese American businesswoman, lives in Orange County California. I have a fantastic fiance named JP along with a very unhappy dad Henry. The majority of people know me through my Instagram @annephung. Here I share my daily life, highs, lows and all in between. I emigrated to America with my parents and brother in 1990 when I was one and a half years older. I wouldn't be here sharing my life with you if it wasn't for my parents love determination and dedication. Knowing that I could achieve a better future I set out to succeed and make my parents happy. There was a specific plan for me in my life that was to go to college graduate land a corporate job, then get married, purchase the house, and then have children. I thought that was the epitome of success life had other plans to teach me what success meant. When I was in 2013, I started fearful of going to work. position because of the amount of money and fame that were not what I was looking forward toand I was feeling like I was throwing my life off to make a buck when I knew I was meant for something more. As I sought out this new direction in my career and discovered I enjoyed fitness. Also, I enjoyed getting out and about and being able to help others. The year 2014 was the year I began my own business, and in the year in 2021, I'll be celebrating my 7th year anniversary. There are very few Asian females working in the field. As an instructor, my aim is to encourage others and help them lead a an active and healthy life by designing sustainable, healthy and happy lifestyles that cater to each individual's preferences and requirements. Furthermore, I want people have the confidence to follow their ambitions and attain anything they would like to achieve in life. My mother's tragic death was a tragedy that happened as my career began to gain momentum, caused me to suffer the greatest loss of my life. She fought a long and arduous battle with Scleroderma and rests in Heaven and is with me in my mind and heart at all times. Life really does have a way of providing us the exact thing we need, even if we are unable to see the lesson at this moment. My mother's passing has changed me in many ways, and I truly believe that my mom gave me a second chance to experience life thanks to her death. The day she died was Tet/Lunar New Year Day, she passed away. This was the time for her to move on to the next chapter in her story and to allow me the opportunity to live a fulfilling and meaningful life. Now into my 30's I'm alive and alert. I am truly aware that I am living now instead of merely living like I was in my past. My personal life experiences are revealed to you so you can hear from me about you my experiences and words. This can help you feel secure knowing that you're not the only one. It is possible to achieve anything if you put your heart into the task. Therapy is both normal and necessary. It is health that's the biggest riches. My hope is to live your the life you want to live and have you die without regrets because that's the only thing we are able to count on in this time.
